Ingredients
-
5lbs ground beef
-
5lbs ground pork
-
Two large Spanish onions
-
Two large bell peppers
-
Seven large stalks of celery
-
One large package of mushrooms
-
Two large cans of diced tomatoes
-
10 packets of sloppy joe seasoning
-
One bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
-
Two bottles of dan&nicks Medium Buffalo

Instructions
Cook the ground beef and ground pork, then place the 10lbs of meat in the crockpot.
Finely dice the peppers, onions, and celery, then sauté until slightly softened. Then mix with the ground meat.
Clean and then dice the mushrooms. Mix mushrooms with the rest of the contents in the crockpot.
Open the two cans of diced tomatoes and add to crockpot, then mix.
Add one large bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, two bottles of dan&nicks Medium Buffalo sauce, and ten packets of seasoning (1 packet per pound of meat).
Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and the place in the crockpot with everything else, being sure to stir while adding for even distribution.
Then heat to preferred temperature prior to eating.
