Buffalo Wings
This is our preferred, no frills method of making this American classic.
Ingredients

5lbs chicken wings (naked)

One 12oz bottle of dan&nicks Medium Buffalo

Instructions
Place 5lbs of naked (unbreaded) chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. We prefer naked wings, but if using breaded wings you will need a second bottle of dan&nicks Medium Buffalo.
Pour half the bottle of dan&nicks over top while tossing to evenly distribute the sauce. Once all wings are fully coated, remove them from the bowl and place them on a grill. Cook until finished, carmelizing the sugars in the process.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the grill and place back into a mixing bowl. Pour the remainder of the dan&nicks over top and toss until all wings are sufficiently coated in sauce. Serve and enjoy.
